Estelle is a charming, warmly lit French bakery & pâtisserie that is dedicated to quality, located in Sacramento. All of our baked goods are made fresh daily on site and use the finest and freshest local ingredients available.

Gregory Doyen is a renowned French pastry chef originally from the Burgundy region, whose passion for pastry began in childhood surrounded by art and family-cooked desserts. He trained at top French institutions, including the Culinary College Le Castel and the École Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie, and began his career in prestigious kitchens such as Le Grand Véfour in Paris before moving into international stage.
Over the years as an Executive Pastry Chef, he leads many large luxury pastry operations, teaches masterclasses worldwide, collaborates with luxury brands, and influences modern pastry aesthetics.
